You are responsible for providing excellent customer service by completing and exceeding the required customer needs (Save, Trans, Credit and Insure).
Collect and capture customers’ information regarding approvals and deposit / inquiry activities in a timely manner.
You are responsible for maintaining the skill, knowledge and ability to market Global One in the best interests of the customer.
It is offered and presented on its own according to the expectations of the product.
No previous experience needed
– National Grade 12 / Career Certificate
– Tertiary qualifications will be an added advantage
– Knowledge and understanding of:
– Basic maths
– Buyer Sales / Marketing Center
Knowledge and understanding of:
-Capitec Bank Products
-Internal business processes and processes
-Organizational policies, including (but not limited to) credit policies
The ability to manage relationships and relationships

A valid driver’s license is selected
