Nedbank invests in identifying leaders and game changers in engineering and computer science, which will play a key role in determining how we will continuously improve our customer service.
The Nedbank Master of Science in Engineering and Computer Science offers successful candidates the opportunity to obtain a master’s degree in engineering and / or computer science at Stanford University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Harvard University or Cambridge University within two years.
Who qualifies?
Top graduates in engineering and computer science who have graduated or who have just graduated and have already started or are already working (up to three years work experience).
Citizens of South Africa.

Requirements for candidates
Candidates must be equivalent to a US or UK bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

Nedbank offer and candidate responsibility If the institution accepts the relevant qualifications, Nedbank finances:
registration and tuition fees;
books and accessories;
housing;
health insurance; and
two return flights per year (SA / USA or SA / UK)
Candidates are responsible for the application fee, including the cost of writing a language test and other applicable university exams, e.g. a postgraduate examination examining verbal and quantitative reasoning as well as analytical writing.
Conditions
Applicants must successfully complete a qualification funded by Nedbank. If they stop or fail their studies, they will have to repay the entire bank.
After graduation, students must return to South Africa and work at Nedbank for at least four years. If they resign or leave the company before the end of the four-year period, they must repay the bank in full.
After returning to South Africa, they will be responsible for product innovation, digital solutions and decision making using big data analytics.
Staff selection process
Interested candidates must apply directly to the relevant authority. For most of these programs, applications are closed by the end of November 2019 for the 2020 academic year. If you are interested, start the application process as soon as possible.
Once approved by the institution, they can apply for full Nedbank sponsorship.
All Nedbank bail applications must arrive by May 2020 at the latest.
