Position: Cashier Administrator (no payments)
Salary: R179 208 – R245 844 per year (plus benefits)
Receive customer payments, issue receipts and ensure that the money you receive is accurate and balanced
Ensure all tasks are performed to the highest quality standards agreed with management
Use effective systems and data management for effective record keeping according to established standards, policies and procedures
Ensure that the completed work meets management and regulatory requirements
Get cash and check
Balance your daily allowance and report
Handle customer questions
Application of water and electricity meter test
Change of address
Report meter problems
Print, fax and mail notifications
Application for water leakage rebates
General and electronic references for water and electricity
Publish Account Adjustments Journal
Request test readings
Grade 12 or an equivalent equivalent GNI level 4 qualification
0-3 years experience in financial environment
